Cerebral palsy

Cerebral palsy (CP) is a kind of disorder or you can say a disease in which muscle tone, movement, and motor skills are affected. In simple words we can say cerebral palsy is the disability of movement of muscles. Cerebral palsy disorder not only affect muscles but it also affects vision, speech, hearing and learning ability of a person. Cerebral palsy is normally caused due to damage of brain during or before child birth. Some times cerebral palsy also cause due to brain damage during the age of 3 to 5 years. Right now there is no treatment or cure of cerebral palsy but now there are some therapies, special equipment which helps to the patient of cerebral palsy. There are also some surgeries available in some cases to help CP patients.

Cerebral palsy is a congenital disease. Congenital means a disease which exists on or before child birth. It is a very serious disease in USA and also in other countries. According to a general ides around five lacks adult and children are affected from cerebral palsy.

In Cerebral palsy muscle system control and coordination affected and not be able to work properly. Due to this disability patient may not be able to move its muscle for example patient may not be able to stand properly. In CP vital functions of patient also affected, patient may not be able to breath properly or may not be able to control bowel.
